- Can I drop my computer off?
YES! Our store is conveniently located @ 1200 Hempstead Tpk. Uniondale New York 11553 (across form Nassau Coliseum)
- How fast can you fix my PC/laptop computer?
We work very fast and equally efficient! Usually we can fix any type of problem and complete your computer repair 48 hours.
In situations where we must order parts there may be a short delay as we wait for the delivery, but express delivery is usually available upon request.
- Who will be fixing my computer?
Our staff consists of professional and friendly adult technicians. Each tech has a minimum of 10 years experience working with computer repairs and trouble shooting. Everyone in our company was born, raised and lives in Long Island.
- Can you do a computer repair in my home or office?
Yes! We do offer in-home & on-site computer repair services. However, in some cases the unit MUST be brought back to our HQ to be properly evaluated and fixed.
- Do you charge to evaluate my computer?
NO! We are the only respected professional L.I. computer repair service that does NOT charge for an appointment! We also do NOT charge to evaluate your unit!

We have over 10 years experience fixing computers for customers here in Long Island, although we have Officially been L.I. Computer Repairs since January 2011.
Our lead technician, Adam, has been providing a successful B2B computer repair service for local Long Island computer stores since 1997 (10+ years). At the time Adam was only 16 years old but quickly earned the reputation as a prodigy who can diagnose and fix anything... even the most complicated computer problems that had experienced professionals stumped.
